Settings and Configuration

HelpScout Integration

1. Navigate to Customer Info > Settings > HelpScout.
2. Enter your HelpScout API credentials.
3. Save settings to enable integration.

Intercom Integration

1. Go to Customer Info > Settings > Intercom.
2. Add your Intercom API key.
3. Save changes to complete the setup.
